Return Policy

If you receive your order and there is a problem with the order, you must report the issue within 72 hours. Please note: if there is a problem – do not open or use the item until the problem is resolved. Thank you!
All returns must be authorized by Costumania, A Return Authorization number must be obtained and accompanied with the returning product. Returns may not be used, opened or damaged.  Items such as hosiery, beards, makeup, wigs and custom orders are not refundable. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide you with an RA number if we allow the item to be returned. After obtaining an RA number from us, the customer has 10 Days from this date to deliver the item back to us. Shipping the product back to us is the responsibility and to be paid by the customer. Due to the specialized quality of many of our products, many of our makeup products and supplies are not returnable.
If your Return is accepted we will exchange the Item or Refund the Purchase Amount to you, the same method as how you paid at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your Return to be credited to your account. If you would like help or questions e-mail or call us – we are happy to help to find the right product for your needs! Please be aware, there may be a 5% restocking fee, for special orders, custom orders or rush orders. Unless we have miss-shipped or made a mistake in the order – shipping fees are not refundable.

Refused/Returned Packages

Please be aware that if we ship your package and it is refused by you or if you have entered your address incorrectly and it is returned to us – shipping charges will not be refunded.
Lost Packages

Please note: Costumania’s team is consistently mindful of every order, from the moment you place it until the minute your package leaves our premises. However, we are unable to control the U.S. Postal Service, which means that there may be unavoidable delays and/or lost packages due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. See below for further information and instructions. Be assured that Costumania takes customer satisfaction very seriously.
If you believe your package was lost in the mail, please contact us right away. Many times the package is returned to us fairly quickly. Our policy is to wait one week from the intended delivery date to see if the package is returned to us. At that point we can enter a claim with the post office. If you live in an apartment complex – please check with the building manager or office, often we have found the package has ended up there. Packages that are marked as Delivered by the USPS cannot be refunded or reshipped. Please make sure your address is correct and also SAFE. If you feel your package may be at risk of theft or tampering, please ask for Delivery Confirmation.
