SHIPPING 
If an item is in stock, we usually ship the same day or next day. 
Note: Mascot costumes require a longer shipping time as they are made to order. 

Our normal shipping method is by UPS. 

For Faster Service within the continental U.S., we also offer; 

UPS 2nd Day - $15.00 per shipment - Guaranteed delivery in two business days. 
UPS Overnight - $25.00 per shipment - Overnight delivery (next business day). 

RETURNS 
If a costume is unsatisfactory, you may return it within two days of receipt. IF YOU HOLD THE COSTUME LONGER THAN TWO DAYS, WE MUST ASSUME THAT IT WAS USED FOR YOUR EVENT AND NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED. 
Use care when opening the package and trying on the costume. Costumes returned must be in exactly the same condition as received (i.e. absolutely clean and folded neatly in bag with all original packaging intact.) As we sell only new, unused merchandise, the next person ordering will want to receive it in the same new condition as you did. 
Only the price of the costume is refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 
ALL ITEMS RETURNED WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE. 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WIGS. Once opened, wigs cannot be sold as new. 

HALLOWEEN RETURNS 
Returned merchandise post-marked before October 15th will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee. 
Returned merchandise post-marked between October 15th and October 25th will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee. 
Returned merchandise post-marked after October 25th will be charged a 50% Restocking Fee. 

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON HALLOWEEN MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER HALLOWEEN. 

Allow 6-8 weeks for processing of returns. 

PRICES are subject to change without notice, however, if there is a price change, we will not ship without notifying the customer first. 

A NOTE ABOUT SIZING 
Costumes, unlike fitted garments, are made to accomodate as many people as possible. Many have elastic waistbands and utilize stretch fabrics, but they are not custom sized and seldom fit exactly. We realize ordering costumes by size through the mail is difficult especially when each company uses their own sizing charts. All sizes given are the manufacturer's claims. We do not guarantee the accuracy of their sizing.
